Replies
acknowledging reception of your order are emailed within

Consultation
Overview will be sent within 7-10 business days via email or
14 days via regular mail to the address you provide and with
postage paid.
Phone
and In House consultations are not available with this Track
Instructions
Fill
out all information included in the payment page fields. After
your payment is made a Thank You page will appear. This holds
the link to the Consultation Questionnaire. Click the link to
access it. Follow the directions and fill out all fields of the
questionnaire. This must be completed and submitted to receive
your Consultation Analysis.
